Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pure Water Testing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we do not ship outside of Canada at this time. 

Duties and Taxes

Pure Water Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@purewatersupplies.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

Pure Water Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Pure Water Supplies' Warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 4:30PM on Monday to Thursday & 9AM to 3:30PM on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

RETURN PROCESS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to get the return process started. We do inspect all returned items, so please make sure the product is in new or unused condition with all original product packaging in place before you send it back.

Please note: Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
